According to Sheriff Mike Couvillon, the Vermilion Parish Municipal Task Force was busy last week conducting arrests and searches for illegal narcotics activity.

The following activity took place within the week of March 1.
• Andre Evans of 408 Messina St Abbeville was arrested on outstanding warrants by the Task Force for False representation of a controlled dangerous substance.
