Louisiana Football was well represented on Saturday after four Ragin' Cajuns continued their journey to the National Football League by participating in postseason all-star games.

Offensive lineman Kevin Dotson and wide receiver Ja'Marcus Bradley represented the team in St. Petersburg, Fla., at the East-West Shrine Bowl, while running back Raymond Calais and defensive back Michael Jacquet III donned the Vermilion and White in Pasadena at the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.

Dotson, who earned All-America recognition from multiple publications after a stellar senior campaign, turned heads during practice and in Saturday's game on the offensive line to emerge as one of the top offensive prospects invited to participate.

Bradley had a big showing in St. Petersburg for the East team, highlighted by a nine-yard touchdown reception to open the scoring in the game. The East eventually won the contest, 31-27.

In Pasadena, Calais showed off his speed on a national level when he took the opening kick of the second half 100 yards for a touchdown. He also led the American team in rushing, toting the ball four times for 25 yards.

Jacquet III got plenty of reps in Pasadena for the American team and finished the contest with two tackles.

Louisiana kicks off the 2020 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 5, when it welcomes in-state foe McNeese State to Cajun Field.
