Personally I believe Malik Wilson is better than either of the two guys you mentioned but it is a matter of opinion. In some ways Julien is better than they as well. Especially since the Cedric Russell we are seeing now is no where near the healthy Cedric. I don't like using the word "garbage" when referring to people and players are people. I do agree that many of the players seeing time now are not as talented as we need to be competitive.

I think he meant that the talk of the top 2 players on this team at the beginning of the year was those two players. Obviously, now we would have to put Wilson into that group but we didn't expect that on day 1.

Mike, you don’t call them “garbage” bc a) you have class and b) you realize its sports at the end of the day

I’m just calling it what it is. It’s a garbage product.

Let’s not forget all the talk about how Marlin was drooling over Jalen Johnson in the year he had to sit out. I don’t see him being that good. I see why he struggled to get minutes at St. Louis. He’s not very good on the defensive end and doesn’t rebound well at all. But that’s what we are. A bunch of unathletic pieces. It will always be a struggle every night.
