Louisiana (7-10, 2-4 Sun Belt) returns to action after dropping a Thursday night contest at Georgia State. The Ragin' Cajuns, who dressed nine players in the game due to injuries, had seven scholarship players available in the game and set season-lows in points, field goal percentage (28.8 percent), field goals made (17) and steals (2).
Jalen Johnson, who scored 12 points in the game, leads Louisiana in scoring (14.1) with Cedric Russell (13.5) next.
Georgia Southern (10-7, 4-2 Sun Belt) snapped a two-game losing streak with a 67-56 victory over ULM on Thursday. Isaiah Crawley and Elijah McCadden combined for 30 points and five 3-pointers as the Eagles built a 37-25 lead at halftime and held the Warhawks to 3-for-15 from behind the 3-point line.
