Tempted to start another thread on this, but these MSU fans on Elite Dawgs are not giving up. They still think Napier will be there head coach on Tuesday.

He basically just said he is staying at UL. So if he doesn’t he has basically lied to the University, the players, AD, Jay Walker, the fanbase etc.

He never said that. There’s no “basically just said.” He either said or he didn’t. And he had the opportunity but didn’t.

If he left, my opinion would not change. Still a great man and great coach. I wouldn’t feel lied to. He is doing what is necessary to get his team ready to play on Monday.

Well if it’s New Years Day 2021, then awesome. Other than that, I hope his performance in 2020 lands him a 5 Million plus SEC deal for 2021.

Yea....Alex Gomez back at it. The ESPN 1420 interview was a hoax. Moo State coaching search will be over by Tuesday....Napier is still in play....on and on....

I get it he owes no loyalty to this University, or fan base, but he is under contract. Just be open and honest about it. Not like he would get fired or fined for looking or taking another job.

I think the players would respect him more if he was honest. Like saying I cheated but I will lie until I know for sure that’s the one I want to be with.

Yes, but some of our own fan base buying into his garbage. That Gomez fella is delusional.

It is some good reading on elite Dawgs. They have characters over there just like here. They don't have a flight tracking thread over there YET.
