I loved his Stanford teams infact Toby Gerhart is one of my favorite college football players ever.

with the bowl season/playoff being extended further and further into the new year does anyone foresee any eligibility issues for student athletes who graduate in fall semester and dont intend to enroll in the spring, if that spring semester ends up starting before their last game? could a non student playing in the game possibly against student athletes be a liability if someone gets injured, either that individual or they cause an injury to an actual student?

fair enough, just answer the first part. i shouldnt have added the liability part.... it seems school starts at some places earlier than others.
