This drives me nuts more than anything with him. He worries soooo much about officials, acts like he’s going to go after them with his hands in the air, (he’s also done this to a couple of opposing players over the years). He also cannot take his eyes off of the opposing coach during time outs instead of concentrating on his team. Complain to the refs all you want, but when you start acting like you’re going to go after them it becomes a show. I don’t see nearly enough coaching OUR players on sidelines like he used to. I know we don’t want to run players down too much during a game but I haven’t seen him get really ____ed at a player during game time. I don’t want that to become a habit, but the way things are going now, they could use it now and again. I get refs screw up and I get you must keep a certain eye on opposing coaches, but that’s what assistants are for. I don’ see other opposing coaches obsessed with us during time outs other than personnel changes. That’s my FWIW.

Meanwhile down the road ETSU takes out Will Wade’s boys...

Perhaps a lack of “strong _____” offers this year from Little Willy and the crew have something to do with it. They may be a little starved for talent since the NCAA has an eye on them. Makes it more difficult to outright buy players.
