There really should be a college eligibility version of the flat tax.

Lol simple rule of thumb all incoming freshman regardless if they step on any sport surface have 5 years to play 4 years of competition (unless a waiver from the NCAA is given).

Kind of like when someone says a kid has a on of potential. Really that is more of an insult and its saying your really not that good or really haven't done anything yet.

And the other juco transfer Hawkins..we have 5 QB’s on the roster, a senior, 1 with 2 years, 1 with 3 years and 2 with 4 years

Should we expect to see Fields play this year?

Honestly not sure, a ton of competition for number 2, will be interesting to see if Napier decides to get one of the backups playing time like he did with Levi in 18.

Yeah, really curious how that will turn out. Since he was a red shirt last year, we still have him for 4 years, so maybe we won't see as much of him as we will in 2021? My only thought on that is I hope he doesn't get discouraged and moves on. Hate to lose such a talent. But I am very certain we are in good hands with Napier.

What is it from what you have seen and/or heard that makes you believe Fields is no 2?

I didn't see anything, and have no idea who will be 2nd. My only question was how much playing time he will see.
