I swear, I never heard of this guy... I remember a dl transfer from the U not long ago but FIU no.

He was a 4 star recruit, first ever for FIU. He had beaucoup offers including all of the Sec power programs.

I think he may have only 1 year of eligibility, but not sure.

Not sure if 1 or possibly 2 years... though does say he played 2 years at a CC and 1 at FIU. So probably just 1 left.

Is Brandon Lagendre and Quintlan Cobb still with us? I thought Lagandre would of gotten playing time based on the hype coming in?

Both are still on the team Lagendre played a little bit this year

Cobb struggled with conditioning issues when he got to campus why he did not see any playing time

Being from Spring TX, he may have been looking to simply get closer to home. Kudos to the staff for getting him to UL!

D line and o line recruits might get a shot at playing 4 or less

Don’t agree on OL, You have Mitchell, Torrence & Vallot coming back. There is a high probability that Prudhomme and Marks get medical redshirts. Then you add Harrington, Yarbrough, Gillie, Thomas, Brown & McGowen ... pretty talented group.

DL gets Hill, Wilkerson, Humphrey, Ochoa, Cobb, Landry, Porter, Gannon, Mapieu, Hutchinson, Rollins, Nelson & Hayes.

I like our talent and depth at both.

I agree OL and DL are pretty stocked up going to have to be a special player to get playing time as a true freshman there

Lacy and Ahmad might be the only guys who get significant playing time as a true freshman
