Cajuns are ranked in the first Collegiate Baseball Poll. With the understanding that it matters where you are ranked at the end of the season and not the beginning of the season, it is still not a bad ranking with the transitions on the staff and roster.

I honestly did not expect it. But it definitely gets me more excited than I already was that we are ranked.

Even with this years rewrite, I thought there would be to many unknowns.

I have heard we will compete but still not at a top level.
