    Thanks. I've heard a few good things about the pitching, too. That's about it. Been really out of the loop with the focus on football.

    We will hit better than last year and play small ball. That's Deggs. His teams are dangerous because he can play both ways in the same game.

    I remember when we played Mississippi State in the 2014 regional when Deggs called a bunt on the very first batter with Ryan Leonards. Not only did Leonards get on base, Jace Conrad comes up next and smashes one to the pine trees. We were up 2-0 with just two batters at the plate. Mentally, you ruin opponents like that. Deggs is a pro at it.

    As an opponent, that type of offense difficult to defend or pitch to. Do you play in, play back, pitch to guys, walk runners with 1st open? You simply don't know what will happen next. Hence, Moo State goes home sad. For spectators it is great baseball to watch.
