My favorite RCAF / UL event in years past was the auction night they did at the Cajundome Convention Center - any chance they might bring that back?
I had a home and auto store in my early life. We hired a really pretty and well endowed senior high girl. Even though she was smart and well trained in auto batteries men were constantly returning them because they were a mismatch. Every single guy admonished me to not take it out on her for the error. 😉😉
Yeah, apparently they can sell. It seems she always found my inventory complete and my battery sales through the roof.
As many know once a battery is sold the clock is ticking on the warranty. Seems sometimes my warranty returns went through the roof for my supplier. 😂😂
I just want to know where I can find my RCAF points online. I’ve called numerous times and have always been told that the system is “not up and running yet” and “we are working on it, but I can verbally give your points to you”. I even told the young man I spoke with on the telephone and also via e-mail that I wanted to know where I stood with my RCAF donation and what it would take for me to reach a new level. It’s been more than six months and I am still waiting on a reply.
The RCAF communication dept is a mess. I’d say it’s bad but they’d have to answer for it to be bad, it’s more like invisible.
After watching Deggs’ press conference I emailed them saying I wanted to up my donation and crickets. I sent another and still crickets.
There may be a shorter route, but I can get to mine by doing the following:
1. Go to www.ragincajuns.com
2. Click on the "Tickets" link
3. Click on "Account Manager" and log into your account
4. Click on the "Invest Now" link at the top
5. Click on "Review Rank & Points" link
6. Click on the "Personal Profile" link
Your Points and Rank should be at the bottom of your profile page.
I hope this helps.
Thank you very much Duggie I found it. Something so simple yet seems difficult for RCAF to communicate effectively to it’s donors.
After looking at my points, I still have questions about “missing” contributions.
Any idea how to reconcile what I think my points should be vs what RCAF says they are ?
