These don't look to be TicketMaster fees. This is normal UL ticket office fees.

If the 2020 season is allowed to go on as planned. There will be two scenarios. One, people will still be scared to get out in large gatherings from all the fear mongering the news media has put on "da Virus" or Two, people will be so excited to actually get out the house from being forced to stay home so long and go watch a live sporting event which they have not seen in 6 months that they will come out in droves for College Football causing attendance to rise nationwide.
I am hoping for Number 2.
