After 2 years Napier will have zero signature wins. I don't pretend to know what drives AD's to select G5 coaches, but if I were an alum of Mizzou or Ole Miss I would not be happy selecting a coach who has not won against anyone of note. That has to weigh in on an AD's decision. My bet is Napier will have to go 12-1 or 11-2 with a SBC Championship to attract higher end P5 teams.
