Are we lacking personnel or coaching when it comes to good teams?

Until we actually BEAT a good team somehow, we will not gain the confidence needed to truly turn the corner. I honestly think that has more to do with it than coaching or personnel. Jmo. Especially against App. They OWN our azzzzzes and we know it.
