Probably don't have to worry about Napier or Roberts leaving after today

It’s official. Lane Kiffin is the new Head Coach at Ole Miss.

If Fritz leaves for Mizzou, the Green Wave would definitely welcome Napier AND they would pay. If that were to happen, hopefully he would be the coach longer than a couple of hours like Coach Hud. With the success of the American Athletic Conference, I think it would help him reach his ultimate destination faster than if he were to stay at UL. Rebowe would be good fit as well. I think he could make the move and he has the ties to the area.

Rebowe deserves a shot if Tulane or UL became available. He's proven himself at Nicholls St.

The man needs no introduction in South Louisina.

Not happening today or tomorrow. Why would he go to Tulane? You're not even one of the Top 3 programs right now in the AAC. He's looking at the SEC for his next job.

What is Tulane’s contribution to the AAC beyond raising the GPA of the conference?

I know it's reports and they don't add up to a hill of beans often times, but Napier is being linked to Memphis. I get that Tulane did not have the best year, but Fritz has a better shot at Mizzou than Napier does. That does leave Arkansas, but I don't if Napier wants that. The AAC does carry a little more weight. Can't argue that.

They are an average team in their conference. No doubt about it, but play in a better conference. Please remember, ULL has not blown out many teams in the Sun Belt.
