Napier will not be here after the 2020 season if we are lucky enough to keep him this year. Unless something really crazy happens. I just want one more year with this staff.

Beat ULM tonight and win Sun Belt Championship, and It will be hard to keep him, but I can see us as the front runner on the NY year six bowl next year. I can also see us beating our first SEC team in Missouri next year. Most of this team coming back with Napier’s great recruiting class coming in as well and his last one starting to take over. I have heard from good sources that Maggard has said that the coach he should have hired is Viator however he would have been lynched by the Cajun Nation had he done that 🤔

Well he didn’t make it, so we win.

But Viator has negatively recruited this program for his entire coaching career. He was never a real choice. Nor would he have gotten us to 10 wins like Napier has done.

Sometimes you need a little luck and we usually do not get that luck. Today we did. We beat Monroe again. No one will remember the final score down the road. A win is a win. Monroe played their hearts out. Good teams find a way to win and we did that today. Congrats Cajuns on our first 10 win season in history. How sweet it is!
