Can't believe we are keeping Rogers, but I kinda figured they would.
Can't wait to see who we are going to hire. UL Better not screw this one up like they did the last one. Hiring Cyprien was a mistake which led us to Lee.

We have a GOOD opportunity here. Had we fired Rogers and not renewed Lee, the opportunity would have been great. Retaining Rogers is inexcusable; and his retention taints the administration and detracts from the right move they made in not renewing Lee's contract.

I can't believe Rogers was retained! Says a lot about how much the administration cares about Women's basketball.

On the men's side I am excited about bringing some new blood in to coach. I would like to see this team become a dominant one. Whoever the new coach is, we should give him about 5 years to right the ship.

This is not football. The ship can be righted very quickly. We are probably a coach and a rebounder away from competing in the SBC.
