After we dispatch of south Al, a late November home game vs. Troy will have the highest attendance for the year. THAT has NEVER happened here.

Someone on one of the threads talked about our defense and compared it to '93 under Vic Eumont. The difference I see is that Eumont's defense was a gimmick defense. We blitzed on just about every play and let our DB's, who were quite good, go man to man coverage...always.

There's no gimmick here. Every game plan is different. Every adjustment is different. I'm calling this defense our best since I've been covering the Cajuns.

No it won't happen as hunting is a higher priority than Cajuns football for many. Not criticizing those who do that as it is not my place to tell others how to spend their time or many. Also, LSU has home games that weekend. G5 football, regardless of how good a team is, means little to the average fan these days. For that to change, we need to beat a P5 program.
