Bradford looked ok, but he's just eight months off Tommy John. The fact he's even throwing is a good sign.

Connor Cooke is your closer. He was up to 94 on the gun in Starkville. And that looping curve he had doesn't loop any more.
Any word on Jack Burk’s health?

I was glad to see a couple of guys get better from the time I saw them at MSU. Looks like Holley is going to win the 1B job. He wasn't very good early, but he had much better plate discipline and started today as opposed to Starkville.

Hagedorn has come a long way as well. He was the DH today.

I think we'll be fine offensively. Certainly not the juggernaut of '13 and '14.

We got guys thrown out because Deggs is going to be ultra aggressive. He congratulated every guy who got thrown out because he called the plays.

Guys, I think we are going to be REALLY good on the bump. We've got super depth. Robinson and Angel will be better than just about anyone in the league. Connor Cooke has turned into a freak.

I think we'll have five legit starters.
Jay what's your opinion about the outfield starters?

Also curious your opinion on How our infield looks defensively .

I was there for the first five innings. Most impressed with Angel. It was impressive swing and miss stuff.
Tulane lost a lot of players from last year including the 26 overall pick in which the draft. Will see how their new players are as well.

Whats the health of Windham? I left after the first 9 innings and he hadnt played up to that point. Curious about Gavin also if anyone can comment on those 2 guys

Neither has played this fall as they are still rehabbing.

I think they're still deciding who they will be. We expect to get Bourgeois back. If he's healthy and ready to go the only spot open is RF. And I think that's still wide open.

We'll be find defensively. Brandon is good at 3B but we hope to have Windham back. Dupuy will be find at 2B if he's the guy. Talley is good at 1B and Colton Frank has looked good there as well.

Gavin is a prototypical Deggs' kind of guy. That would be huge for us.

This team will swing for the fences and everyone will be able to bunt. I doubt very seriously you will see the field if you can't bunt. We will also steal a lot of bases and get thrown out a lot. If you don't like that brand of baseball don't show up. We will get thrown out at inopportune times and people will complain, this is going to happen, get used to it.
