    Yep. The three brothers who own Bayou Teche are all first class, and it’s great to see our school and brand being able to benefit from this partnership.

    Great article, however had to laugh at his writing. Obviously not a sports geek.

    That’s the Times’ style. They use periods for all abbreviations. Very formal. They also still use Mr. and Mrs./Ms. when referring to people.

    Yeah, this is great. But that part about okra being 'an essential' part of gumbo was almost as hard to take as their overusage of hyphens.

    To be fair, to some, okra is essential to gumbo. I'm not one of them, but my mom never made a gumbo without it.

    Ooph. I like Okra enough I guess but not in gumbo. Too slimey. I always disliked shrimp and okra gumbo.
