Just one note about volleyball. They've improved considerably from last year. They are in second place in the West division and, unlike last year, will be in the tournament. Granted, the West is weaker than the East (unlike last year), but they are playing much better down the stretch.

Yeah, not mathematically in the tournament yet, but with a 3 match lead and 6 matches left, not likely to fall out. The other good thing, all 6 matches are against West Division teams, only 1 against 10-1 Texas State.

I like Heather, I think she is very knowledgeable in her sport, I just think she needs a few more resources so she can recruit better.

Only one 5. I wish that person would explain why so low. I' m guessing it's an issue with Marlin but that's just a guess.

Overall it looks like just about everyone is very happy with our AD. Even that one 5 is not an awful grade, and you know what they say, you can't please everyone.
