Starting from Hud's season (and employment) ending loss, Lotief, all the personal tragedies for staff in 18-19, hiring of personnel have been solid. Slight upgrade of men's basketball schedule, meh. Both men and women's teams hurt by injuries or "health issues" last year. Volleyball I figure will be addressed next year. Cannot give a honest rating based solely on public perception, we have no clue what hoops he's had to leap thru this year.

Only one major grievance, extending the Big Fish contract. Maybe he had to because of language in the prior contract. Marlin and Brodhead simply don’t make sense when he wants conference domination. We’ve also got a volleyball coach whose still hear only because of loyalty. I understand that you can’t fire everyone underperforming in one year. But don’t give them extensions.

It could be your grievance but it was a necessity due to incentives in his contract AND marlin pushed it back. I know everyone here hates marlin but Maggard likes him. Saying all that, Bob is feeling the heat.

they are downsizing their stadiums and have one of the lowest paid coach in the P5 ... they could careless about sports nowdays
