Police arrest three suspects in connection with the death of a homeless man. The body of 47-year old Dwayne Ball was found by railroad tracks on Tuesday in Lafayette. He had been stabbed to death. Debra Hewitt, Clyde Issac Junior and John Romine are in custody tonight. Hewitt and Romine are charged with second degree murder. Isaac is facing accessory after the fact charges.
