I hope the people in Acadiana realize what Napier is building. This is a team that deserves support. I’ll be there on the 9th.
Was chatting with ULVictory this morning and we had the same thought in this regard: Even HUD’s best teams were barely 2 deep. This football team, a year ahead of expectations, is 3 deep, almost across the board. That’s the difference. We have 75 guys that can suit up and play winning football. Just look at the Oline and DLine. Playing 25 guys just there. And dominating.

If we can somehow hold on to this staff for one more full year, they will set us up for the next decade. As complimentary as we’ve been of these guys, we still don’t know the true impact that they’re having. They are changing the perception and professionalism with which we are associated.

We have 5-7 coaches, maybe more, that will be at P5 schools in the next 2-3 years. We have 3-4 head coaches on staff right now.

    Staff the course. Make history.

Irrefutable facts may not be your cup of tea, but others may appreciate them. No matter when we have a game we will be competing against some event. On Wednesday it is Lagcoe which has been an integral part of the south Louisiana economy since I can remember. I think we can all agree that Wednesday is a great opportunity for our football program and having Lagcoe at the same time does not diminish the excitement we are all feeling.

    “Irrefutable facts”... 🙄

Good hell man, you need to get laid.

71 was obviously tongue n cheek.. And he’s not wrong, btw. A bunch of stiffs with sob stories looking for a reason to get out of the office and drink afterwards. We’ve all done LAGCOE. My lady sits on the Young Professionals Board. I’d rather be at CF.

Has any said they would rather be anywhere else? Unless I hallucinated it, I’m pretty sure people here are miffed about Lagcoe interfering with the game. IMHO it is a non issue and is just a way for people here to complain...much like the old timers at Lagcoe. I expect a good crowd on Wednesday and I am hopeful people who have left the program over the past few years will give us another look.

If you don’t have a new method of service or latest technological advancement, it’s not worth seeing. If your unemployed, LAGCOE could be a win; but in this hurting market, I doubt anyone is hiring.

I live in Houston and won't make this game, but I will absolutely make sure someone is in my season ticket seats.

Yes, the date isn't ideal for my attendance, but we are going to be the ONLY football game on TV the entire night. I will gladly sacrifice my attendance for that kind of exposure.

Everyone has their own thing, but I am doing everything in my power to get as many family and friends to the game vs complaining about why I can't make it.

    Geaux Cajuns !!

He tells us that he was kicked off of here, but I don't believe him. He's RaginRayne. 😂

FWIW, they do have a career fair on the Friday. Whether people are hiring or not, I don’t know

Yeah sorry. I saw some other people moaning about Lagcoe. People _____ about everything these days so sarcasm is tougher to pick up.

I’ll gladly lose a night of sleep to relish in a victory.
    True.
Nothing helps a hangover at work the next day like a Cajuns win in the bag.
