Help me understand why are people saying no to this ?

Is this a possibility? I doubt it.

XFL team the Houston Roughnecks will be playing at Houston Cougar stadium or TDECU stadium in Houston.

Houston spent 128 million dollars to build, or rebuild that stadium. Think Houston was petitioning the XFL to bring a franchise to Houston? To help try to bring another revenue stream to help pay for the stadium?

The XFL isn’t coming to a market the size of Lafayette. That’s why it’s not a possibility. Stop buying into stupid possibilities

You are probably right however nothing wrong discussing or hell or even trying to do it. If you petition all they can do is say no.

We need more thinking outside the box. We need to throw a bunch of ideas up there something will stick.

Is the xfl looking to expand without even playing a game? Will they even finish the first season? If they do finish 1 season, will they be in a position to expand? There are too many unknowns with a secondary pro football league.

Well I do think it has a better shot at succeeding now then it did couple of yrs ago.

Throw your hat into the ring, and let it be considered and if they do decide to expand at least you got your name on the board. Probably won’t make the same mistakes they did the second time around? We will see.

If the nfl doesn’t figure out how to stop the “nba” trend that starting right now with the dolphins players, Jalen Ramsey and Antonio Brown etc...the xfl will have a great shot at succeeding. Isn’t Andrew lucks dad the commissioner of the XFL?🤔
