After outscoring its opponents 112-20 in its last two games at Cajun Field, Louisiana Football will play away from home for the first time this season when it takes on Ohio at Peden Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. (CST) on ESPN+.
aturday's ballgame will be the third meeting between the two programs and the 13th meeting between the Ragin' Cajuns and Mid-American Conference opposition. The Ragin' Cajuns are 0-2 against Ohio all-time and own a 6-6 record against the MAC.
Louisiana will carry momentum into Athens following a record-breaking, 77-6 victory over Texas Southern on Sept. 14. In the game, the Ragin' Cajuns broke the school records for most points scored (77) and largest margin of victory (71).

Inside the Game
• After a dominant 77-6 victory over Texas Southern, Louisiana will make its first trip outside the state of Louisiana when it travels to Peden Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 21, for a 1 p.m. (CST) showdown with the Ohio Bobcats.
• The two programs will be meeting for the third time when they take the field, with the Bobcats emerging victorious in the previous two meetings in 2007 and 2010.
Louisiana vs. MAC
• Saturday's contest with Ohio will be the 13th time Louisiana has met up with an opponent from the Mid-American Conference.
• In the previous 12 encounters with MAC opposition, Louisiana currently sits at 6-6
• However, the Ragin' Cajuns have won their last three meetings against MAC opponents.

• Ja'Marcus Bradley owns a 30-game reception streak
• Four different quarterbacks completed a pass (Lewis, Magalei, Fields, McDowell) against Texas Southern on Sept. 14.
• Levi Lewis (181) and Jaiave Magalei (103) each threw for over 100 yards against Texas Southern, the first time two Louisiana QBs went for over 100 yards in the same game since Lewis (100) and Andre Nunez (315) achieved that feat on Oct. 13, 2018, against Arkansas State.

• Louisiana broke multiple school records with the 77-6 victory over Texas Southern on Sept. 14.
• The Ragin' Cajuns scored the most points in school history (77), won by the largest margin in school history (71) and broke the record for the most touchdown's in a game with 11 scores.
• Louisiana also tied the record for the most rushing touchdowns in a single game with eight, the third time in school history the team has rushed for eight touchdowns in a single game. The previous two times were against Nicholls State in 2013 and Arkansas State in 2014.
Keep on Rushin'
• Louisiana added another 400-yard team rushing effort in its Sept. 14 win over Texas Southern.
• The 440 total rushing yards marks the fourth time in the last ten years that Louisiana has rushed for 400 yards or more in a single game and the second time this season after posting 404 yards on the ground against Liberty on Sept. 7.
Top-3 in the Country
• Through three games, Louisiana ranks in the top-three in the country in multiple rushing categories.
• Louisiana is currently the active leader in total rushing yards with 1,010.
• Louisiana also ranks third in the country in average yards per attempt at 8.0 behind Oklahoma (8.3) and Baylor (8.4).
• The Ragin' Cajuns also lead the country in rushing touchdowns with 14, just ahead of Maryland, Kansas State and SMU, who hold the second spot with 12.
• Furthermore, Louisiana ranks third in the country in average yards per game with 336.7 behind Air Force (356.0) and Navy (371.5).
Three-Headed Monster
• Saturday's offensive explosion set new heights for the trio of Raymond Calais, Trey Ragas and Elijah Mitchell.
• The win marked the first time Calais, Ragas, and Mitchell all scored multiple touchdowns in the same game.
• It also marked the second time the three backs recorded a rushing touchdown in the same game, the first coming against Coastal Carolina on Sept. 22, 2018.
Spreading the Wealth
• On Saturday, six different Ragin' Cajun running backs scored a touchdown. The six were: Raymond Calais, Trey Ragas, Elijah Mitchell, Ashton Johnson, Michael Orphey, Jr. and Chris Smith.
• Johnson, Orphey, Jr. and Smiths all registered as their first career scores.
• Only 41 of the 130 FBS programs have rushed for more than six total touchdowns this season.
• No team in the conference has more than six rushing touchdowns, let alone having six individual players rush for a touchdown in a single game.
Century Mark
• On Sept. 7 against Liberty, Trey Ragas (137) and Raymond Calais (115) both rushed for over 100 yards.
• This was the second time the duo of Ragas and Calais both rushed for over 100 yards in the same game and just the 26th time in school history a pair of backs both eclipsed the century mark.
Rumblin', Bumblin' Stumblin'
• With the help of six different players, the Ragin' Cajuns were able to rush for a team total of 407 yards against Liberty on Sept. 7.
• The last time a Ragin' Cajun offense rushed for that many yards was on Nov. 21, 2014 against Arkansas State when they brought posted a total of 419 total rushing yards.
• Trey Ragas, Raymond Calais, and Elijah Mitchell combined for 314 total rushing yards, the most the Big 3 has put up in an individual game while the trio has manned the backfield.
Bradley at his Best
• Ja'Marcus Bradley finished the Liberty game (Sept. 7) with six receptions for 110 yards and two scores, the third time in his career that he went for over 100 yards receiving in a game
• His 110 marked his first 100+ yard outing since Nov. 11, 2017, against Ole Miss.
• Saturday's game marked the third time in his career where he had multiple touchdown receptions.
• He got his season off to a great start against Mississippi State, hauling in six catches for 93 yards.
Main Target
-Ja'Marcus Bradley caught three balls for 52 yards against Texas Southern (Sept. 14).
-Bradley now has 255 receiving yards on the year and owns the second most receiving yards in the conference and 24th most in FBS.
-Bradley is third in the conference in receiving yards per game with (85.0), trailing Kaylon Geiger (111.0) from Troy and Omar Bayless (111.2) from Arkansas State.
P-Ar-Tigue
• In Sept. 14's victory over Texas Southern, Stevie Artigue nailed 11 extra points, the most in a single game in school history.
• After his big game against the Tigers, he now owns 218 career points, passing Patrick Broussard for eighth all-time in scoring.
No Punts, No Problem
• In the victory against Texas Southern, Louisiana did not attempt a punt.
• Louisiana has only punted the ball once in their last two games and is the conference leader with the least amount of punts in the league (4).
