Maybe the day will come where that spot will be needed for tailgating.

The intermuriel fields, where the students tailgated last year, should have been perfect for the students. They were right next to Faternity and Sorority Rows, beautiful green grass, lots of shade trees, and space to play!

You could have a student tailgate on the 50 damn yard line. It's not about the location. It's a sign of the times.

All true, but that area is no longer where the intramural fields are located: the IF moved to the other side, along coliseum rd and st Landry.

Students: We want the band to play songs like the HBCU bands!

Administration: Texas Southern is brining their band and playing at half.

Students that were complaining: We’re still not going to the game!

You're right about posting when clueless. Those 68000 arent all on main campus. The feeder college, Valencia, also includes those numbers. UcF also has multiple campuses that are nowhere near the main campus area.

I doubt that. The tourist district is 35 miles from main campus.

Check Troy’s numbers. Same story. Of course we only count full time students. O, wait...
It’s a numbers game. Bigger the better.

UCF’s main campus in 2015 had an undergraduate population of 50,233 on its main campus. The other 9 remote campus locations accounted for 8,000 students.

Several people that I talked to when I went were visiting Disney. One of the booster at UCF told me they get a nice contingent of visitors every home game.

I don't know why anyone is downplaying what UCF has accomplished. Those guys are legit and have the most intimidating G5 atmosphere in the country. That place gets to bouncing under the lights and it’s awesome.
