Here is the official university release on the signing of Temple. Dude had some impressive stats in his senior year.

You can point to many players over the years who have slimmer frames but can ball. If he was a Center, I'd be more concerned.

Wilson was a stud against all comers in high school. Rayville played in some really good tournaments against great competition and Wilson fared very well. The only concern I have is like Mike's, the half court game; but my concern is with the fact that our half court game is far too static and poorly spaced to create opportunities for him to score.

We will have three freshman who won some type of player of the year in their state. Julien in Louisiana in 2018, Wilson in Louisiana in 2019, and Temple in Mississippi in 2019. Of course none of that is any indication of how they will do in college. Plenty of highly regarded players bombed in college and people few wanted did well. However, it is an indication these guys have some talent and opportunity for success.

And this is something I will be looking at closely. Marlin used a dribble penetration offense where the primary and secondary passes were dictated by Stroman's ability to draw the defense in. If they didn't come in, he'd have Gant near the basket. It opened up shooters on the perimeter and they also used Bartley on a lot of off ball screens and cuts to get him mid range shots and it worked. We won't have that type of personnel this year and the staff will have to tweak the offense to possibly allow for more player and ball movement.

Don't forget about Chris Spenkuch, a Royal Caribbean 3 on 3 gold medalist.

Really need to stop with the guards and get some real big men. Some 6’11 7’0 centers

Well that's a lot easier said than done. Not like we haven't been trying.

Have we tried Albertsons, Rouse’s, maybe SUPER 1? Some people seem to think it is that easy.
