Napier is putting the players out there that he thinks gives the team the best chance to win. There are plenty of true & RS Fr seeing playing time, so he isn't afraid to play guys that have shown it in practice.

The only logical conclusion is the rest of the QB room isn't showing enough in practice, and/or film room, to take time away from LL.

IMO, the two biggest weaknesses on this team is QB and MLB. Boudreaux is a limited MLB, but does know exactly what needs to be done and where everyone needs to be.

This team will take a giant leap forward when we improve those two positions. Until then, I am want both to succeed immensely.
    That’s fair.

Regardless of if you think LL is great or terrible, I think we can all pretty much agree that the passing game has got to improve in order to be a complete team.

Improved passing game and run defense are our two biggest deficiencies, IMO.

Napier and all of us know what they are and I feel confident our coaching staff is up nights trying to figure how to make that situation better with Levi as QB.
I think the conversation can be balanced by admitting that he has shown improvement and is playing well at times, against acknowledging that his ability to throw the football down field with any kind of consistency is a concern going forward.

Well I will add FG kicking as well.

Well, unfortunately for people that are offended by words typed on the internet, fans don’t express their thoughts in a magic, silent cloud. They post thoughts on public fan forums, in order to vent, discuss and get feedback. There is no back up fan forum plan, so we should all get together and support the current plan that allows us to discuss games and personnel.

The forum experience might improve but it’s what we have for now.

Well said. I'm on the side that he is our best option right now because the others dont know the offence yet. Because he is starting does not mean he has most talent. Qb is what is stopping our offence from being lethal and mlb position is killing our defensive capabilities. But we can only play who is best suited at that time for any given game.

No doubt. This is what makes criticism of QBs and MLB's a valid subject for fans to discuss. It also makes coaching failures to structure schemes which accent our players' strengths while masking their weaknesses a legitimate topic.

Levi is your quarterback in 2019.

There will be competition for the position in 2020.

And, I think the competition comes from the two freshmen.
