Levi's faults won't really show much as long as we can run the ball effectively and our defense, which does look improved, plays well. Passes will be more of a nuance in the game plan. Most teams we play, we should be ok, since we should be able to have success running the ball. If we get into a game where we are not moving the ball with the run game, then our passing game with Levi will be put to the test and based on what I've seen so far, we are in for some disappointment. It will eventually happen, but not this weekend.

While what you say is true, there will be a few games that LL can win for us with his arm. Ohio, stAte, App St, Troy and GaSo will all be toss up games and LL connecting on a few deep balls that he hasn’t seemed to connect on yet will be the difference between a W and a L.

I’m not talking about jump balls either. I mean passes like the one he miss Bradley on in the 2nd quarter against Liberty. Bradley had 3 yards of separation on their DB and the ball was 3 yards overthrown. We need to hit on plays like that.

Yes true, I hope he can connect on some of those, it could mean the diff between a W & L.

Agree on how often players look at the board. It’s why I try to not name people individually. It’s one thing to critique a position, it’s another thing to post a kid’s name in a subject line and rip him.
I pretty sure the players and their families know who is being talked about when someone says the kicker sucks, the QB can’t pass or our Linebackers are slow.

Was watching a good short documentary that the athletic did on Nick Saban and something he said really stuck with me. How players need to know their mistakes and weaknesses otherwise they cannot improve. Never let a mistake or error not be a lesson. The best players always want to know how they did on every play, good or bad.

With that said it is still scary that they would read this board with all the negativity.
They probably laugh at most comments as the majority of us do not know the inner workings of what goes on each and every play.

So you think they recognize the clown show?

Unless of course a coach has his wife join a website to see what the local beat writer is saying about him or his program in chats. In that case it would seem he would be taking everything said about his program seriously.

I was looking for her in the stands last year at the Sunkist Shootout to see him coach but didn't notice if she was there. Was hoping for some theatrics.
