Softball Loses Opener at "Lady Back" Tourney

UL softball lost to Drake 2-1 this afternoon. Not sure who pitched, but would assume it was Bourgeois. In bottom of 7th, UL struck out 3 straight times to end the game.

Cuevas pitched vs Drake. She struck out eight. two walks. We had our chances, had the last bat.

Coach is still "tweaking" the lineup and giving a lot of girls a chance to play.

On a side note, Drake has a very good team. Their record is 8-4 and they have played and won some big games.
