We had 4 that mattered as the last int was nothing more than a stat. But yes, can’t beat a team like that or any good team in conference with 4 turnovers.

your opinion is fine, but i will say your wrong. as least about why fans dont show up. i thought it was because we aren't competitive against name teams. and nobody wanted to see us get blow out. cant have it both ways.

Oh they played sloppy in game one. Only reason it was close??? Give me a break. We played more sloppy and still had a chance. Minus a few turnovers and we could have won

It sounds bad I don’t expect to win these games, but we did compete that’s what I expect, we didn’t get blown out. I think fans will look at the score and show up.

Actually, you are probably right, Tech could have won a game like this, they understand the value of throwing the football. Miss St was not very good today and if we were better prepared QB wise and minimized turnovers we coulda, shoulda won it. You will be stomped by Texas though.

No but I do think it is possible to make some judgements of the teams performance. Liked what I saw on special teams for the most part. Offensive line played well and running game was effective. Defensively I though our backfield played better than last year but missed some assignments. Hard to judge the defensive line given they were going up against a really good SEC line but they weren't terrible. Not much pressure on the QB though.

Levi Lewis isn't Jake Delhomme but I don't think his game was as bad as some others do. He was 24 of 39 for 267 yards, 1 TD, 2 TO. Not great numbers but not horrible either considerning it was against an SEC opponent. I'll reserve judgement until next week. If he can't put up a much improved performance against Liberty then maybe someone else needs to see some game time snaps.

24/39 267 yards and a bad int to start. He also kept and made plays with his feet. I think there’s some overreacting to his performance. Yes wish he was a great runner and thrower and leader. But if he was he wouldn’t be here

Feel better attacking posters? cool. I know the game was never really in doubt the second half, Miss St didn't care at that point if we ran the ball, there was little time left (not 5 min dummy).
