In a little more than a month from now on August 31, Moorhead's Bulldogs will hope to get the 2019 season rolling in the same venue with a game against the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

Compelling stuff. I'm sure you have to subscribe to see the rest. Although the coverage in Starkville has left a little to be desired in the past. Think super regional.


This is all I can see "Prior to attending Southeastern Conference Football Media Days in Hoover, Alabama, Mississippi State head coach Joe Moorhead was in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome watching the Rolling Stones in concert.

This is the second year for head coach Billy Napier, offensive coordinator Rob Sale and defensive coordinator Ron Roberts in the Lafayette program.


Moorhead believes that gives the Cajuns more of a footing to stand on going into this season and will be more prepared to face MSU in a few weeks.
