Thread: Ragin Cajun Army Podcasts

Agreed, but actually in spite of reality I don’t identify with the older crowd.

In virtually all aspects of my life I identify with the youth. Sometimes my knees and other issues reminds me that I’m not young.

Bob Marlin isn’t winning basketball youth crowd. That’s just the sad truth, neither is Gary for women. We’ve got coaches doing a great job just not in basketball, or even volleyball. Soccer is vastly improved. Of course softball is going great, and high hopes for baseball.

Today is a big exam for football. Troy’s no cupcake. We’re going to need to be much better than last week.

Which is why Brad Boyd needs to be the next basketball coach 😉

Maggard is not hiring Brad Boyd.

Brad needs to get successful college career before he can get this gig.

My nephew dad spent almost 20 years getting the Southern Miss gig. First as AD for Stanislaus, then a successful high school, the SLU.

I can’t see making a giant leap for Brad with only high school success. I understand, and believe he may be capable. It’s not working for his father in law. I guess he’s still married, don’t know for sure.

    You say that future tense.

Are you saying he ALREADY hired him?

Wow this is great news. CajunVic you are so subtle sometimes.

    Thanks.

Broussard went to Nicholls, was successful, and did not get an offer, Boyd never will. It's time for the Boyd faction to move on. Even McNeese FINALLY quit making that mistake with their last hire...no more legacies.

I have to admit that this is probably one of the better episodes that we have recorded, especially the second part.
