    Anyway, about the Podcast..
I’ve seen plenty of deadheads for agents. They’re a blight. In the Oakland fire I adjusted plenty of claims where the lazy agents costed their clients thousands of dollars by not properly selling them the right coverage. So you can have a great credit score and still overpay for crappy coverage.

After the Oakland fire Allstate and others radically changed their full replacement criteria. They lost their shirts on properly covered homes and contents.

.........you are absolutely correct with placing cost and need and how to do it in the way that best suits the client.......another reality is the amount that is actually paid out to customers when bad things happen......also a great training of staff filters down to customers needs!

This was the image I saw while listening to MAT talk in the podcast this morning. Made it pretty entertaining. All in all, pretty good listen.

    Listened overnight.

Closing with a Patreon pitch to actual listeners might be a good idea. I listen to about 70 other podcasts and that's what many do.

iTunes won't let me rate you unless I subscribe, but I am on a Windows Phone and already subscribe on another podcast app.
