If Coach Napier is going to get the most out of his players, he will need to increase his energy and motivate them to play better than their talent.

Then what will be our weakness? It's not our front seven on defense nor is it our OL, RB on offense.

I think our biggest weakness is depth in a number of positions. Mostly on the back half of our defense.

Is Stevie going to be the starting kicker? He has the leg but mentally he is a mess at kicking field goals. Kyle Pfau showed how important it was to have a consistent kicker. Stevie misses extra points like Shaq misses free throws!

You might want to go back and watch the weekly behind the scenes videos of each game last year. He doesn’t have to be a cheerleader 100% of the time like another coach we had. He knows when it’s time to show his passion and energy. And the players see that

DL will be very young could go either way MLB is concerning and DBs will have to make big strides from last year the only sure thing on defense will be our OLB.

Offensively Center , WR depth and QB play will be interesting to watch this fall.

DL & QB will dictate the season

It’s proven that coach’s energy motivates athletes and fans. It’s contagious and gets more out of less. If you have more buy in from athletes and more fans in the seats, you WIN games. I’ve been reading 15 to 28 by Matt Deggs, so I guess this topic is on my mind.

Napier isn’t the only coach on staff that can provide energy. The players need to believe in the system they are running. There are several ways to skin a cat.

Both styles work, Sabin wins without the RA RA speech and Dabo wins with it. Both coaches have won multiple national championships and Coach Napier has worked under both. Billy Napier is doing Billy Napier and that is good enough.
