That's pretty lofty expectations put on a guy without any D-1 experience. I don't care what his talent level is as it is useless if you can't perform with the lights on. None of us know if he can or not at this point.

Especially considering the QB doesn’t play by himself...or defense. These type predictions always crack me up.

I'm guessing Levi will be named starter for Miss St, and Jai'ave will get a series or two. After that game, all bets are off.

Napier maximized Lewis talent last year with that every 3rd series rotation. It gave opposing defenses something different to look at and adjust to especially with him being left handed and that is how he should be used going forward. Intangibles will only get you soo far so look for Jai'ave to take control of the team by the 2nd quarter of the Mississippi St opener with McDowell on deck. Hawkins brings Jay Cutler/Jeff George type arm talent but also their odd personality. He's a talent you bring into your program to be your surefire starter not to compete for the job, can't see him being a "happy" backup!

Levi starts and finishes game. And the next game

I will believe what my eyes tell me. Maybe it will be different than what I am expecting. Great if it is. If not then it's just coach speak and I expect Coach Napier to do what is right for the team.

LL isn't a Napier recruit. If he finds someone who is better at QB he's going that way asap.

Exactly, Napier will do what's best for the team. We may not all agree with it or understand it, but I am 100% confident Coach Napier wants to win. He will definitely make mistakes, but I truly believe they will be 'honest' mistakes and not from some selfish motives.
