Once Robe had his heart attack all info on football recruiting ceased.......and rightly so.

No tweets from anyone on offers/visits/camps/commitments/likes...seems coordinated in the peak of football recruiting season to have such a hard lull. If coordinated to be this way (& I believe it is)....kudos to our football coaches and supporting staff for making this happen.

Now that Dr Maggard has officially begun his due diligence, it's back to work...I suspect we'll have a few commitments out publiclly in the coming days. Plus I think all of Cajun Nation needs some positive mojo.

Last camp was June 21st after 4 consecutive weeks of camps. Naturally the commits will slow down until closer to early signing period and the season.

Pretty sure recruiting was in a dead period surrounding the 4th of July holiday. At least that’s what I heard but don’t recall the source at the moment.

Coaches are out on vacation right now. They will host a top prospect camp later this month and would expect a few more commitments afterwards.

.....T, last year was the first for early recruit signing for FB......I think.....anything as far as mistakes or shrewd moves that will come into play this year? Did it help or hurt the Cajuns?
