He knows it's not just one issue...but just remember: whatever other solutions are to be tried by this administration...I'm confident he won't believe in any of them...

....One of my past ideas was to get the Grambling or Southern bands after the game to have a Zydeco concert with local performers...... fb game was the entrance fee and cd sales negotiated.....UL band would do some Cajun songs or whatever.......have similar concerts after other games......have a running clock to get the games over with quickly.......( KIDDING)!!!!!

Cheap beer and hotdogs won't be enough to overcome the attendance obstacles that we face, but it can't hurt. I'm all for seeing what affect it does have. Winning is what ups attendance. Win and they will come. That's what we need more than anything.

Yes, cheap beer and cheap food may get folks in the door. However, what really matters is the next step in the process: Can you convert that “I’m just here for the cheap nachos” prospect into a true fan — and repeat customer — for your business. And make no mistake about it, college sports are a big, and yes, a challenging business today.

I hope this is marketed well to students. I would have ate this up as a student. Pun intended! I think with this deal and tailgating being moved closer to the stadium, we will see a significant increase in student attendance. Let the good times roll!
