for the football portal.......(sorry if it should be a new thread)

some might say it isnt a problem. but if they aligned pre season training camp with school time, rather than before school. and players missed the date to withdraw with no grade/no tuition payment. would that cut down on people entering the portal at beginning of year.

either start school earlier or start season later?

p.s. do players have to pay the tuition back if they leave school after a month or so, and is that scholarship sunk or do they give a walk on some of the left over money?
