GA Southern went toe to toe with a good Navy team in their first year in the SBC.
Generally speaking the service academies play a triple option game and out discipline opponents with slightly better athletes. Nothing to be avoiding.

Bowl games are VERY different from regular season games, you generally get more 2x to 3x the time to prepare for an opponent AND you don't get to pick your opponent in a bowl.
