The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
3/3/2010 @ 8:35 PM, ALLEN RAY ONLY JR., 28, of Ninth Street - Franklin, LA
was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with Failure to Appear. Mr. Only was processed and released on a $378.00 cash fine.
