College football and the NFL has possibly priced out the casual fan. To have a decent seat to a NFL game a family of four may be in at $800 on tickets alone.

P5 college football has almost made it impossible for a fan to purchase decent single game seats. Therefore fans are forced to the secondary market.

MLS and MLB are suffering the same fate with smaller venues. If people are going to spend money to sit outdoors, they would rather go to another event or activity such as the beach or the lake. I can watch the game on television and enjoy nature.

Lower ticket prices and local television blackouts may be the only way to correct this. Television may have ruined live sports.

We have some funds, the question remains how much will be bonded out? I understand why three different designs will be done. If gives us the option to do it in phases like Arkansas State. Dr Maggard is trying to do this right, it's unfortunate we are a year behind where they wanted to be at this phase because this athletic program was ran like a hog dog stand during the previous administration.
CajunT, does that mean, like part Arkansas and part LaTech run?

Next big thing is a play offshore Brazil due to a huge discovery recently made. MAT is right however about the pipe line infrastructure being a Gulf Coast advantage.

If you're at the game, you're not sitting at home watching Tide commercials

The beginning of the big shakeup should be in 2 years. We have roughly 18 months to get this project in motion or we could be left out again.
