The offense really slipped badly in 2017. I'll take 2015 and 2016 every year. 2014 was an anomaly.

Robe is placing his career in Talbot's hands ... he is a braver man than I

That is a very scary thought. I wouldn't do it. I hope the next three seasons work out better than the last three. Only time will tell.

The question is if you are a college baseball coach and you can't coach hitting without cratering the team offense, struggle identifying and signing pitching talent at the very least, what are you doing? I still don't get it.

When Deggs left, I had a conversation with someone very close to Robe as to how this would affect what was PUT in place with Deggs? He looked at me with a smile and said:

Nothing to worry about at all, we have already hired the other half of the dynamic duo that put that system together.

    OH WELL.

Glad to hear you believe I am as smart as Robe as these words were basically out of the genes of Robe's mouth.

You, my friend have just entered the In Na Ma club. Spew on.

It's all Robes decision to make.....In the meantime I will support the program. If he succeeds then fine by me....if not then that's why we hired an AD....

We may look back and see 2013-2016 as an anomaly. That 4 stretch and the stretch from 1997-2000 are the only times we've made a regional in back to back years. We went from 2001-2012 without making a regional in consecutive years (only 4 regionals in that 12 year stretch).

Talbot can't coach or evaluate talent.
Talbot was the first D-1 coach to offer Todd Lott.
