Big game(games) today. Weather may change start time. Looks like it will pass through though. They are certainly in the driver's seat.

Gotta win the first one I don’t like the chances if we have to play 2. Momentum would not be on our side

I’m thinking it’s not gonna be good if Summer has to pitch back to back. Being a strike out pitcher her pitch count is usually pretty high. Wish we had two high aces.

The rain is north of Oxford moving east. They have 50% now but it's light rain and dropping.

Agreed. Counting on one pitcher has it downfalls

Thinking about next year’s pitching duo should give you goosebumps.

Ole miss fans seem confident that they’ll take two. At least that’s what they’re commenting on the articles from yesterday’s action.

Someone also commented that Summer isn’t any better than most of the SEC arms they’ve faced. Right. Not sure if that person actually watched the game. She smoked that lineup.

Or the 11 games they dropped in SEC play.

I remember Moo State baseball fans chanting S-E-C here in 2014 before getting drop kicked home. Same thing.

And when Jace hit that bomb to RF, Cajun fans giving the Moo State fans the S-E-C chant right back at them. Good times.

They had just tied the game at 3 and started that chant. We responded with 9 unanswered runs. LOL.

I must say that the Sunday night game against Mississippi State was probably the most fun I’ve ever had at The Tigue. It was the first real postseason experience at home against an SEC team (who was also the national runner-up the year before), and the atmosphere was electric. Of course, it was just as awesome the following night as well.

I can’t imagine what a regional game like that would be like in our current stadium. Hopefully, we turn this thing around sooner than later because I think we all want to experience that again.
