This is the correct strategy. Though I expect Ole Miss to rest their starter as well. Need to be competitive and score some runs to force their hand.

You see how bad the backups are?? Let her rest instead of throwing 120 pitches then having to go back out there. Our bats haven’t been active for the past few weeks. We have to try and hope for a pitchers duel in the second game
