I'm not gonna say anything about JT, but all of our position players and pitchers are a product of his recruiting. I like most of our players with regards to their baseball abilities. Did we make mistakes? Hell yes, and so does everyone.

We are playing catch up in an evolving recruiting landscape. The recruiting of, and offers to underclass players accellerated when we turned our heads. Freshman now routinely get offers and commit.
Recruiting became a much bigger task, compared to 5-10 years ago.
You need 2 RC and what I'm getting at is Talbot has shown time and time again he can't evaluate talent or recruit or coach...It's not like football where you have 20 person staff that handles recruiting you have just 3.
So why are we paying someone who has failed at every aspect of his job discussion. If Robe want's to keep him on he must be prepared to face the criticism and repercussions.
Players get credit for individual wins, coaches get credit for successful programs, and the blame for crappy seasons. When they get enough crappy seasons they’re shown the exit.
Nothing new going on at UL except some are cultists where they love their coach more than the program.
Anyone willing to wash their hands on a program over a coach isn’t a fan of the program.
