I didn't say anything, but when we lost Jack Burk, went to play a ULM team not in the conference cellar by 10 games, with a shabby bullpen, the writing was on the wall. Plus, they were soooo due to win a game.

It's true. They were due, we were starting a bullpen arm and the first inning was a catastrophe.
We have to win today, behind our most talented arm left healthy. If you can't nut up and win this game, you don't deserve to play any further. Simple as that.

When you load the bases with no outs and can't push one lousy run across with even an incompetent sac fly, which Robe hates like poison, well, it all went downhill from there.

.......yes it almost certainly is......I think the staff got fired at N'East and he took over at Acadiana....the staff was gone at USL and I went to AcadianA with him for the Spring and was hired back at UL When Augi T came......tough decision time for anybody that coached, but had a great time with Bill and then the Cajun turn around!

Winningest coach in ULM baseball history. Had one bad year, his last, first year NLU was independent. Won multiple titles. The next three hires only lasted a year each. Man should be a member of the H Club or whatever they call their hall of fame.

If there was ever a case of truly backing into a conference tournament, this is a classic example. Thanks to Arky St, we're almost being forced to play in this thing. Can we do like Notre Dame football did a few years back and just decline the invite ? It's time to shoot this horse.
