Michigan hosting James Madison is tough for the committee to explain.

James Madison beat Michigan head to head in a 3-0 game. JMU had a slightly higher RPI ranking . and were 4-4 vs. the RPI Top 25. Michigan was a mere 2-5 vs. the RPI Top 25. No doubt they are going to say that Michigan had two Top 10 RPI wins (Washington and UCLA) while JMU had none.

Well every year, 95%+ make it from the SEC, but there is only 1 or 2 that make it out of regionals. However, unfortunately, they are pretty dang good.

Still not fair to the rest of the softball teams in the nation though.
